UPDATE - the company finally got back to me an offered a full refund. While I can’t say I’m any more impressed with the product, the customer service ended up being much better than I initially thought.I ordered a ring and it was the wrong size, but a card in the package let me know I could exchange for a free replacement and even keep the original. Wrong. I submitted the form and never heard back. I quickly realized it was bogus so I tried to stretch the ring (per their instructions) and now it’s completely blown out and useless. It’s a bad product with a deceptive refund process. Amazon should really investigate this company.
